Happy new year everyone! Mine was horrible, got into a huge fight with my husband...you're an asshole by the way! Anyway my netbook has been crashing, lagging, and freezing nearly everytime I cam. Why wouldn't it? Here are my current specs...
Toshiba Mini NB505-N500BL
Processor: Intel Atom Processor (1.66ghz)
Operating System: Windows 7 (32-bit)
Memory: 1GB
Hard Drive: 250GB
Disk Drive?: Nope.
At the very least for my laptop to be able to handle camming in HD on Myfreecams or encoder on Streammate, and all of my content (videos, pictures, and other files) without fucking up every 2 minutes or lagging the entire time to the point where I'm losing money or having to restart I would want a 2.5ghz dual core processor (I'm set on an i5), 4GB of memory, 350GB hard drive and a dvd drive would be veryvery helpful as well...I can get all of this for $500 on ebay!
I didn't make quite enough on MFC this month to be able to afford a new laptop so I'm starting up a little fund so I can hopefully get one this week. I had one guest who contributed $100 to my paypal and another person contribute $100. Nothing was asked for in return, but donations may be used towards anything I sell! Ask for my paypal to contribute!
